About Me

I'm a medical doctor and health informaticist working at the intersection of healthcare delivery, data systems, and environmental health policy. My Journey:
From examining individual patients to designing hospital-wide electronic health record systems, I've expanded my scope from clinical care to health systems design. Now, as a public health professional working on climate and health, I'm contributing to policies that shape the environments where health begins.
My Mission:
I believe in free, easily-accessible, high-quality medical care for every person in the world. This drives my work in low-resource healthcare settings, open-source EHR development, and environmental health research.
Beyond Work:
When I'm not designing health systems or analyzing research data, you'll find me reading, writing essays, taking photographs, or crocheting amigurumi and scarves.
